Appy Noo Yur and all that!
To business: As part of the BAL marketing team, I have to write something about Variset XP and how wonderful it is. Not too difficult, but... I want to include testimonial quotes from real live fixers. So, over to the experts. What sorts of jobs have you used it on? Why? How good was it? What would the alternative have been? Anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

I usually use with no additive.... small mixes at a time Window reveals Steps Tile repair jobs Small floors.... ie a few metres that can be tiled quickly & grouted immediately Tile in areas where appliances need to go back quickly..washing machine,american fridge freezer etc Tiling in a large area where you need to be able to walk on a section,to enable you to complete the rest Finishing a large job at the end of the day,tiles can be walked on & grouted quickly. Where I found it to be awesome Colin is to flood bathroom UFH cables to protect them before tiling, prior to this it was a levelling screed comp which restricted me timewise to leave it for 4 hours. Variset lets me get tiling in less than a half hour that alone makes it worth its weight in gold to me.

Have been using this XP for the past 2 weeks and not sure how I managed without it. Finishing 50m modular floor last week which led into a tight hallway and kitchen with appliances still in to be tiled under. All cuts had to be made outside the front door, XP rescued me and the customer was made up that we could just move the huge fridge and not unplumb the thing & they still had almost free access to the stairs bar 15 mins set time. May even use the addy sometime soon....................Vari setting grout next please
I had to also educate my local Topps on the product but they order it in and keep me a small stock now to suit my needs. Keep up the great work Any chance that somebody could send me some grout swatchs and tilerworld stickers ? |
