Went to do a quote at the begining of year to look at a floor that was cracking up. Aparently job was done by B&Q subbies.

Anyway it was quite obvious what the problem was and I relied to client. Anyway some 8 months on I am doing the job and thought you might like to see the efforts!
Just to add to the hash, it was 6mm limestone. And guess how long the section near the door lasted - 3 weeks.

It just grates when we are out there putting in hard graft, quality work and asking a fair price for our skill and you get some masturbaters doing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

upload them to Imageshack, PhotoBucket or the like and just link them from there.

PS,
I wouldn't have fancied laying 6mm thick Limestone on a floor, even with the correct method.
Seems helluva thin.

I agree. The floor was all over the place. Should have levelled and solid bed and butter tiles, but where the floor was worse they just dobbed more addy - grey at that.

P.S James my icons on my profile are still greyed out. Do I have to upload them or something. Wrong forum I know but whilst I got you!

With your icons you need to go to Dashboard - my account - manage my profile. You can update your experience training and affiliations on here. They then need to be approved before they go live on the site

Looks like they used dog dirt to fix them too.

I was in B&Q the other day and some old guy in a black polo, came up to me and said ''do you want decking''....................................................................... luckily I got the 1st punch in he went down like a sack of spuds.
